As a child, I would often disappear into my own world. What then seemed like daydreaming later revealed itself as a natural way of journeying between worlds. As a shamanic practitioner, that is still true today, my trance journeys can be compared to a dream state in which I move through the invisible world — in search of insight, information, and healing.
In everyday life, I work in international business development and as an executive trainer. Something completely different and yet I have always felt this deep connection to the energetic field. This is how my spiritual path developed, a journey on which I discovered NLP, systemic work, sound healing, ayurveda, yoga as well as my true passion “shamanism”.
Today I realize it is a gift being present in these two worlds allowing me to remain grounded while journeying through subtler realities.
